It is imperative that your art arrives at the Gallery on time and according to the shipping instructions.

 

The paintings must arrive between Monday, August 20th  to Friday, August 24th, 2018 .  Late entries may not be exhibited. Ship your work to:

PREPARE TO SHIP - CHECKLIST

 

• Artwork must be ready to hang with wire hanging materials strong enough to support the painting. No other hanging materials, including hangers will be accepted.  The Gallery has asked that the  Hanging Wire sawtooth be placed between the top 1/3  and top 20% of the painting and pulled tightly across the painting back. NOAPS and the Gallery reserve the right to refuse any artwork that does not conform to the above standards or does not conform to the eligibility standards outlined in the prospectus. Any refused artwork will be returned at the artist's expense.

• We recommend artist insure their artwork while in transit. Every reasonable care will be exercised with all artwork.  NOAPS, the Gallery and any other organization or individual connected with the exhibition will not be responsible for loss or damage of artwork while in transit. The Gallery insures the work while on its premises.

•  All shipments originating from outside The United States must be FREE DOMICILE.

 

HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR ARTWORK

 

• Use bubble wrap and clear plastic sheeting for moisture and temperature protection. Pack the painting snuggly in the box to minimize risk of damage.

• Airfloat Systems (800-445-2580) is highly recommended.  Airfloat Systems offers discounts to NOAPS members. Use code NOAPS with Airfloat Systems to receive a 20% discount.

• NO WOODEN CRATES or STYROFOAM PACKING PEANUTS OR POPCORN! If there are special instructions for packaging, please include them inside the package or box.

• NO EXPRESS RETURN shipping as shippers will not pick parcel up from the gallery, UPS of FEDEX GROUND Only for RETURN shipping, NO CODs.

 

 

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE INCLUDE:

• Attach the NOAPS ARTWORK LABEL to the top on the back of your painting. (See below to download the label).

• Clearly mark the outside of your shipping box with your name and address

• Handling fee check of $30 made payable to Eisele Gallery of Fine Art.  There is no handling fee for hand deliveries.

• Return Shipping Label must be included.  NO PAINTING WILL EXHIBIT WITHOUT A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL

• Place the check and the return shipping label in an envelope and attach it to the wire on the back of your painting
